Classic Trench

The Trench Coat is such a wardrobe essential and ever since i saw Audrey Hepburn wearing it in Breakfast at tiffany’s I had to invest in one.No matter what you’re wearing underneath, a trench will always be a classic cover up from the rain and wind, perfect for those first weeks of Autumn and Spring. The trench not only protects us from the elements, but is also tailored such that it will elevate almost any look. I absolutely love styling my trench coat with denim, because the neutral tan shade really compliments the blue denim.

Hello beauties!

I have been working on some exciting projects, and planning my posts for the month of December. Is it just me or did this year just fly by?

It has been a really good year for me! I am beyond happy for the success of Love And Blossoms and I believe things are only going to go up from here. This year I am thankful for so many things and I hope to have inspired each one of you to be your own boss and live a life that you truly love. I have not achieved everything I want as yet but I am getting one step closer everyday. I still have to buy my dream car and apartment, and start my online shop but I am so focused with my Blog and knowing that I can achieve all this makes me so happy. So what are my new years resolutions? To travel more! I really have not travelled as much as I had hoped this year and I would love to have an entire section of my Blog dedicated to travel posts. I want my Photos to be as beautiful possible so you can keep falling in love with Love And Blossoms. Thats the part I love the most, creating beautiful content and always finding inspiration to create better style and photographs. It has also been over a year and half since I became vegan and It is the best decision I ever made. I have enjoyed cooking more this year, and creating some delicious plant based recipes and shared it with my friends who have also loved it.

So for each one of you I will say – Follow your dreams, wake up everyday and do what you love and lets make next year even better than this one. Let us inspire each other, let us be strong independent women who know exactly what we want, and let us make our dreams a reality!

Lots of Love

Make Yourself Proud

Processed with VSCO with e7 preset

Hello beauties!

I have been thinking so much about my dreams, these thoughts I have are the greatest inspiration for me to be the best version of myself. Without inspiration we would all have nothing to work towards, and nothing that we truly love to do. So the question comes to mind – How do i make myself proud ? Since I have been blogging for a year now, I am going to share some tips that have really helped me stay focused and made it easier for me to achieve my dreams one step at a time.

How you start your day is everything! For me waking up early around 7 am works best. I wake up and always read my positive affirmations with a cup of vanilla soy coffee and remind myself of my what I really want in my life. I always eat breakfast, a fresh green or carrot juice and go to the gym after that. I feel like working out in the morning really helps my mind stay focused and my body feels strong. My body is so much more toned after working out these past few years and seeing results from training only makes me that much more confidant. When you are confidant in your body and mind there are really no limits. Anything is possible with confidence and self love. You do not need to workout everyday, I train four days a week for about an hour and half each time.

Writing down your schedule for the day and week is something I swear by. It is so important to be organised and know what you need to complete on the day, this could be anything from blog posts, outfit photos, replying to collaboration emails, and organising your office. When I write my tasks for the day it helps me stay focused and inspired to complete it on the day and I never leave it for the following day. This simple step encourages you to be more disciplined and organised towards your work.

Make a vision board and keep it somewhere where you can see it several times a day. This really helps me visualise all the things i want and constantly looking at these visuals makes me work harder towards my dreams. You can get pictures from magazines, or from Pinterest and stick them all up with some inspiring words and quotes.

Do not let people bring you down. The people you surround yourself with have to be good people that appreciate and love you. You deserve only the best so if you have friends or a boyfriend that is not supportive and is giving you their negative energy it is time to rethink if these are really the kind of people you need in your life. When you are building a business, or you are a full time Fashion/ Travel/ Beauty Blogger you need to be mentally happy to do your best work and to be able to create content that will get you recognised. You cannot do your best with negative people around.

Take one or two days off in the week. For me it is usually Sunday but sometimes Saturday too! I take this time away to recharge my mind, and this way I can start my week feeling more inspired and happy. Take this time to meet friends, or watch movies, go to a spa , or go away for the weekend with your boyfriend. It is so important to not let your work take over your life because you always want to be in love with what you do and maintain a healthy balance of your work and personal life.

Eat better and you will feel you best. Being vegan my diet is so healthy and my day feels incomplete without my green juices and home cooked meals. I understand not everyone loves to eat healthy but making small changes to your diet can make you happier, and have a positive impact on your mind. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables makes my skin and hair so healthy, and it is also a way of showing love and respect to your body. When you feel your best, you will do your best.

I hope these tips help you! Lots of love xoxo

Maxi dress And Blazer

Hello my beautiful friends,

Its been a lovely week for me and I hope it has been for all of you too!

As autumn is finally here It is all about layers and covering up from the cold. I always find that it is more fun to dress up for fall because i love the possibilities of mixing and matching key pieces. This look is very simple and pretty. I love the olive hue of the maxi dress, it is one of my favourite shades for autumn/winter. It is such a refreshing change from navy or black. Is it just me or do we all love darker shades during this time of the year? This maxi dress is from ASOS and i got it in the summer last year so it is no longer available. I will add a link to a similar blazer from Misguided at the bottom.

I am currently obsessed with these gorgeous navy velvet heels from Public desire. They have a beautiful big buckle and block heel. I am wearing a simple white blazer by Theory. I love the colours of the trees in these photos because it really captures the beauty of Autumn here in London. There really is nothing more beautiful than how nature changes to adapt to the different seasons!

Yellow, White and Denim

Processed with VSCO with s2 preset

Hello my beautiful friends!

This look I am sharing today is such a perfect everyday look for autumn. I have never loved denim jackets but when I saw this one in Gap I fell in love with the frayed edges. I also prefer a lighter wash when it comes to denim so the colour was perfect. To brighten this look I found this amazing oversized jumper in Zara. The yellow is so pretty and the colour matches all the autumn leaves around London! I love how beautiful London looks in this season. The metallic shoe trend is also something I was not sure about as I always buy more classic pieces that will always be fashionable, but these pair from Zara were so CUTE! I think mixing some trendy pieces with classics always works for me.

I am looking to go shopping soon for some new styles for this season, and to be honest it is just another excuse to go shopping. I am sure each of you can relate to what I am saying. A girl can never have enough clothes and shoes. I am also Hoping to have my own walk in closet soon as i am running out of space!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend beauties and I will be sharing more outfits with you soon!

Hello my beauties!

I have been crazy busy as usual and very grateful for the time at the gym and with friends! I think it is so important to have time for yourself no matter how busy your day is. It is the one thing that helps me connect with myself and really feel like I am listening to and understanding my my thoughts throughout the day. Our minds can become overloaded sometimes with routine so I always appreciate the time i get for myself. I did spend some of this time shopping trying to find some transitional pieces for Autumn. I will be sharing these with you over the next few weeks as I have planned some pretty outfit photos.

I never thought I would say i love the colour mustard yellow! I do love my bright pinks and red’s from time to time but mustard yellow? This Zara dress helped changed my mind. I love how the frilly details really compliment this shade of yellow. It looks gorgeous and feminine! I am wearing a Balmain blazer, and zara shoes. These shoes are my new obsession and I was looking everywhere for a pair like these that were vegan, so i was beyond happy when I found my size at Zara.

I hope you love this look! I will be sharing some beautiful new looks soon.

Love

xx
